Property Rights Coalition Features Holistic Health Practitioner
The Ozarks Property Rights Coalition will meet Thursday February 23  at 7 pm at the El Rancho Restaurant in Cabool, Missouri according to co-chair Bob Parker. “ Topics for the evening will be current events, President Trump’s appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to investigate vaccine safety and other topics of interest. Our main speaker will be Hannah Eisenberg, a holistic health practitioner who was diagnosed with cancer and a few years later declared cancer free. She has an amazing story that she will share with us.”
“This is a new meeting location for us. The El Rancho Restaurant is in the Sinclair truck stop building in Cabool on Highway 60 on the north side of the highway. They are generously allowing us to use their meeting room and we encourage everyone to come early and enjoy the buffet. Note that El Rancho is a bit east of the Hwy 63 exit in Cabool. ” For more information call 417-264-2435.

There is a pretty detailed article, which I have excerpted and linked below, explaining the ins and outs of the IRS not enforcing the mandate on Obamacare.

I don’t have the answers to immediate questions that may arise, such as, “What about State returns?” or “Will failing to report affect potential future refunds?”. I simply don’t know….Here is the article, and perhaps I scanned it too quickly. I just feel like people need to know!

Major Blow to Obamacare….

Earlier this month, the IRS quietly altered its rules to allow the submission of 1040s with nothing on line 61. The IRS says it still maintains the option to follow up with those who elect not to indicate their coverage status, although it’s not clear what circumstances might trigger a follow up.

But what would have been a mandatory disclosure will instead be voluntary. Silent returns will no longer be automatically rejected. The change is a direct result of the executive order President Donald Trump issued in January directing the government to provide relief from Obamacare to individuals and insurers, within the boundaries of the law.

“The recent executive order directed federal agencies to exercise authority and discretion available to them to reduce potential burden,” the IRS said in a statement to Reason. “Consistent with that, the IRS has decided to make changes that would continue to allow electronic and paper returns to be accepted for processing in instances where a taxpayer doesn’t indicate their coverage status.”… full article here...

House and Senate members with the Real ID Act in their committees. These people have the power to stop the bill in committee, or to amend it to include religious exemptions if it passes. Note: This needs to be a real religious exemption. Right now they take a photo, send it to Morpho Trust for storage and issue a Driver License without it. We need an exemption that has a Non-biometric photo, even if supplied by the citizen. Or better yet, no Morpho Trust involvement at all. PLEASE CALL ALL OF THESE REPS AND SENATORS and voice your opinion. Just Say NO to Real ID.

Commonsense PRC Meeting Tonight

Posted: February 6, 2017 in Uncategorized
The Common Sense Property Rights Coalition will meet Monday February 6  at 6 pm at Fred’s Fish House in Mammoth Springs according to co-chair Mike Slack.
Topics for the evening will be property rights issues in the state followed by the main speaker of the evening, Hannah Eisenberg, an expert in health and wellness and holistic medical practitioner.
Eisenberg has an inspiring personal story of overcoming illness using holistic methods. Other topics of the evening will include the state’s bill to implement the Real ID biometric identification program, a controversial bill that is currently against state law for both privacy and religious reasons.
“This is an organization concerned with protection of private property rights. The group believes that without protections of private property rights nothing else is secure. The right to own and reasonably use private property is a cornerstone of the U.S. Constitution, differentiating our country from others around the world. As John Adams, one of our nation’s Founding Fathers and our second president, said: ‘The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.”
We welcome all area residents interested in private property rights, food freedom and protection of constitutional rights to attend, or to call us for more information at 417-264-2435 or 417-270-1724.
